Aspensong Bouviers des Flandres, herein called Breeder(s), offer for sale ___ female/male Bouvier des Flandres puppy(s) /adult(s) for the purchase price of ____________. Unless otherwise stated in this agreement, the animal will be fully paid for prior to or upon pickup/delivery. If applicable, all costs of shipping the dog(s), including necessary health certification, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The above dog(s) has been sold as: Companion (No breeding rights)

This dog is not to be used for any breeding purposes, and purchaser agrees to have the dog spayed/neutered before the dog is 8 months old. Purchaser must send to Breeder veterinary certification that the dog has been spayed or neutered.

The dog(s) shall carry the "Aspensong" prefix name. Breeder will supply a health record for the above dog(s).

The dog(s) is guaranteed to be healthy and sound at the time of purchase. If, within 72 hours after purchase, a licensed veterinarian finds the adult/puppy to have any health or physical problem, the purchaser shall return adult/puppy immediately at the purchaser's expense and in the same condition as received, and the dog will be taken to breeder's vet to confirm the problem or diagnosis. After confirmation of the problem, the purchase price shall be refunded if it is determined by the breeder's veterinarian to be reasonable. No refunds will be given after 72 hours after purchase.

Hips are not guaranteed in cases of accident, abuse or neglect, including improper environmental, nutritional, and/or physical care. These conditions, including being overweight, shall be determined by breeder's veterinarian. Breeder shall only accept radiograph findings per OFA guidelines.

The purchaser agrees to give the breeder first right of refusal should the purchaser wish to place the animal with and/or sell the animal to any other person or agency AT ANYTIME AND UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES!

Purchaser agrees to follow the immunization and preventative health programs from his/her veterinarian for the protection of the dog(s) from disease and overall proper health of the animal(s). Purchaser absolutely agrees to have water, shade and protection from inclement weather available to the dog(s) at all times.

Tail and dew-claws are done according to the AKC Breed Standard. Worming and vaccinations were given by the breeder per veterinarian recommended schedule.

In the case of puppy(s) less than 6 months old, purchaser agrees to have the puppy trained in obedience (i.e., performs sit, down, heel and recall reliably) no later than one year from date of purchase. For dog(s) over 6 months, obedience training must be scheduled within two months of receipt of the dog.
